In 1981 workmen on the island of Westray uncovered by chance the most important piece of Neolithic spiral-carving ever found in Britain. Its intricate, interweaving lines inspire this piece of jewellery.

Another one of Ola's Orkney collection that caught my eye. It looks delicate, but once on it has an impact - the lovely contrast between the gleaming silver and the black oxidised silver is lovely, very dramatic, ideal for any occasion
