Important information about changes to the export of goods to the USA

On 29th August 2025, the US government introduced changes to the customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.

A 10% flat rate import tariff has now been introduced on goods of UK origin, and this will now be collected at the point of purchase, along with any other applicable tariffs, customs duties or import taxes.

What this means for our US customers:

Prior to this, we provided VAT exclusive prices to customers purchasing from outside of the UK, with any applicable duties or taxes being paid separately by the customer at the point of delivery.

From 10th September 2025, the product price displayed at checkout for US customers will now be the fully 'landed cost', i.e. the cost of goods inclusive of the applicable tariff.

There will be nothing further to pay upon delivery.
