My ring arrived just before Christmas as a present to myself. To say i'm delighted is an understatement - the design and quality is superb as is the fit as it was made specially for me to a larger than stock size. It was a pleasure to deal with the company via email, everything was dealt with promptly and clearly, thus inspiring confidence which is so important when spending so much (9ct gold).
